Fahad Al Rabiah resigns from Dallah Healthcare board

Dallah Healthcare Co. announced the resignation of board member Fahad Al Rabiah, effective from Nov. 15, 2022, for personal reasons.

 

The resignation was submitted on Nov. 13 and accepted by the board on Nov. 15, according to a statement on Tadawul.

 

Al Rabiah also resigned from the company’s compensation and remuneration committee.
