Sumou Real Estate withdraws request for transition to Tadawul to fulfil transfer requirements

Sumou Real Estate Co. said it withdrew the transfer request to the main market submitted to Saudi Tadawul Group to comply with some transfer requirements.

 

Any new developments will be announced in due course, the company said in a statement to Tadawal.

 

In October, the developer submitted a request to transition to the main market, Tadawul, through the automated system set by the regulators for this purpose, according to data available with Argaam.

 

The board approved, on May 14, the developer’s request to transition from Nomu-Parallel Market to Tadawul.

 

Sumou was listed on Nomu on May 11, 2020, with a capital of SAR 375 million.
