HRSD ministry says employment contracts for Saudis, expats documented via Qiwa platform

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (HRSD) announced that the employment contracts for Saudis and non-Saudis are documented via Qiwa platform.

 

This comes in line with the Cabinet's resolution on assigning the ministry the responsibility of managing the contractual relationship between the establishment and workers, whether they are Saudis or expatriates, starting from the contract documentation until the end of the contractual relationship, HRSD noted.

 

Once the contract is documented via the platform, the data is automatically synchronized with the General Organization for Social Insurance (GOSI).

 

The documentation aims to protect the contractual relationship parties, raise the salary payment compliance levels and boost competitiveness to the local labor market, the ministry added.
