Tabuk Cement shareholders elect new board, form audit committee

Tabuk Cement Co.’s shareholders approved electing a new board of directors for the three-year term starting Jan. 26, 2023, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM), held on Dec. 29, 2022, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The new board members are Masad Khaled Al-Shathre, Yazeed Al-Shathre, Tariq Al-Angari, Abdul Mohsen Al-Otaibi, Mohsen Al-Fahadi, Abdulaziz Al-Khamis and Ali Al-Qahtani. 

 

Shareholders also endorsed the formation of a new audit committee, in addition to defining its authorities and remuneration for the same three-year term. The new audit committee will include Tareq Al-Angari, Ali Alayed, Turki Alluhaid and Ahmed Hayjan. 

 

Further, the amended audit committee terms of reference were also ratified during the meeting, the statement added.
