Tadweeer inks MoU with SWCC to boost cooperation on waste recycling

Nomu-listed National Environmental Recycling Co. (Tadweeer) signed on Jan. 16, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saline Water Conversion Corporation (SWCC) to strengthen strategic cooperation with the aim of consolidating economic ties between both parties, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The MoU focuses on cooperation in the fields of waste conversion and recycling, areas of contribution to the goals of sustainable development, means to enhance contribution to the Saudi Green Initiative through waste recycling, in addition to the exchange of expertise.

 

The MoU duration is one year, renewable.

 

The relevant financial impact will be determined later upon finalizing all related deals, the statement noted, adding that there are no related parties.
