Batic's board decides not to renew term for CEO Al-Shahrani

Batic Investments and Logistics Co. board of directors agreed, in a meeting held today, Jan. 19, not to renew the contract term for CEO Abdullah AlShahrani, slated to expire on May 31, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

It added that this came due to Batic’s desire not to renew the employment contract.

 

AlShahrani's resignation, which was submitted today, will be effective as of June 1, the company added.
