GASCO terminates MoU with MAKEEN Energy on mutual consent

National Gas and Industrialization Co. (GASCO) terminated the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with Makeen Energy, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

The mutual decision was taken after the necessary studies were conducted. 

There is no financial impact resulting from the termination. 

The company signed, on May 8, 2022, an MoU with MAKEEN Energy to study the feasibility of forming a company to establish, manage, operate and maintain gas facilities, stations and networks, according to Argaam's data.
