WAJA to begin trading on Nomu on March 8

WAJA Co. will start trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on March 8, with the symbol 9560 and ISIN Code SA15P1D4LC16, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Tadawul added that WAJA stock will trade with a daily price fluctuation of +/- 30% and +/- 10% static price fluctuation limits.

 

In a separate statement, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced that it deposited today, March 6, the subscribed shares of WAJA into the accounts of eligible shareholders.

 

WAJA offered 455,000 shares, or 13% of its capital, to the public on Nomu. The share sale was 132.07% oversubscribed at SAR 90 a piece.
