Saudi Chemical signs MoU with Investment Ministry, Hellmann to develop healthcare logistics

Saudi Chemical Co. Holding (SCCH) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) during its participation in the German-Saudi Investment Forum in Berlin, with the Ministry of Investment and Hellmann Saudi Arabia LLC.

 

The one-year MoU aims to reinforce the companies’ strategic partnerships and develop investment opportunities in the healthcare logistics services sector in Saudi Arabia, SCHC said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The financial impact cannot be determined at present, the statement noted, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
