Tawuniya elects board members for new 3-year term

The Company for Cooperative Insurance’s (Tawuniya) shareholders elected members of the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term ending on April 9, 2026, during the ordinary general meeting held on April 10.

 

The elected members are Abdulaziz Alnowaiser, Hessa Al-Sheikh, Abdulaziz Abdulrahman Alkhamis, Paul John Sweeting, Selman Al-Fares, Khaled Al-Ghoneim, Nasser AlHuqbani, Abdulsalam Nasser Abaoud and Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, the company said in statement on Tadawul.

 

Meanwhile, shareholders approved amending the Audit Committee Charter (as per the attachment).
