Capital market institutions employ 5,252 by Q4-end; Saudization at 77%: CMA

The number of employees at capital market institutions rose by 152 quarter-on-quarter (QoQ) to 5,252 by the end of the fourth quarter of 2022, according to the latest data from the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

 

Meanwhile, the Saudization rate at these institutions reached 77% by the end of Q4, according to the Capital Market Institutions Report.

The number of capital market institutions reached nearly 142 by the end of Q4 2022. SNB Capital topped the list with 371 employees, with an 88% Saudization rate. Riyad Capital followed with 290 employees and an 89% Saudization rate.

 

Meanwhile, seven capital market institutions achieved 100% Saudization, as follows:
