Meyar to debut on Nomu on May 1

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced today, April 27, that shares of Meyar Co. will begin trading on Nomu-Parallel Market on May 1, with the symbol 9565 and ISIN Code SA15PGTKLEH9.

 

Daily and static fluctuation limits will be ±30% and ±10%, respectively, Tadawul said in a statement.

 

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) announced depositing the company's subscribed securities into the accounts of eligible shareholders today.

 

Meyar floated 265,400 shares, or 20% of its share capital, on Nomu, according to Argaam's data.

 

The offering price was set at SAR 59 per share, while the offering was 943% oversubscribed.
