WAJA’s CEO Wael Al Enazi resigns

WAJA Co.'s board of directors accepted the resignation tendered by CEO and Managing Director Wael Al Enazi on April 30, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, May 3. 

 

The board of directors accepted the resignation and terminated the labor relationship by agreement as of April 30. 

 

The company will announce updates related to the assignment of a board member and CEO in due course.
