MIS seals SAR 96.4 mln contract with PIF

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed a contract with the Public Investment Fund (PIF) phase 2 at a total value of SAR 96.36 million, including value-added tax (VAT), according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Under the 13-month contract, MIS will lead supply, implement, integrate audio/visual, digital signage and smart services solutions for PIF.

 

The relevant financial impact will appear on Q2, Q3 and Q4 2023, the statement said, adding that the contract included no related parties.
