Saudi Re names Abdullatif Al Fozan as Chairman, Turki Alsudairy as Vice Chairman

Saudi Reinsurance Co. (Saudi Re) received, on June 4, a no-objection letter from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) about the appointment of Abdullatif Al Fozan as the company’s Chairman and Turki Alsudairy as Vice Chairman.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company pointed out that the appointments cover the three-year board session ending on May 10, 2026.
