Fesh Fash names Yaqeen Capital advisor on Tadawul transition

Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Co. appointed Yaqeen Capital as a financial advisor for the transition to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), in line with the updated listing regulations, according to a statement to Tadawul. 

 

The move is subject to finalizing all the listing requirements, and any updates will be duly revealed.

 

Incepted in 1981, the company was listed in Nomu-Parallel Market on May 4, 2021, with a SAR 11.3 million capital, divided into 1.13 million shares, data compiled by Argaam showed.
