Edaa applies Nayifat capital increase to shareholder portfolios today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Nayifat Finance Co.’s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, June 21.

 

According to data compiled by Argaam, Nayifat’s shareholders approved the board’s proposal for 20% capital hike to SAR 1.2 billion via a one-for-five bonus share distribution.
