Health plans for Hajj season 'successful': Minister

Minister of Health, Fahd Al-Jalajil, said health plans for this year's Hajj season succeeded, with no threats to the public health.

 

The number of pilgrims returned to pre-COVID-19 levels, the minister noted.

 

The Kingdom prepared more than 354 health facilities across all health sectors, with the help of over 36,000 health cadres and 7,600 volunteers, Al-Jalajil said.

 

He indicated that health services were provided to more than 400,000 pilgrims.
