Raoom extends MoU to acquire Qassim Corrugated Box Factory

Raoom Trading Co. extended the non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) to fully acquire Qassim Corrugated Box Factory Co. for additional 180 days from July 6, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The extension will allow the company to complete due diligence and other preparatory work to implement the deal agreements.

 

Any further details related to the deal will be announced in due course.

 

The firm signed a non-binding MoU in March to fully acquire Qassim Corrugated Box Factory – wholly-owned by Al-Arifi Trading, Industry and Contracting Co. - through the issuance of new Raoom shares to the owners of Qassim Corrugated Box Factory, according to data available with Argaam.
