NDMC closes July issuance of Sukuk program at SAR 2.6 bln

The National Debt Management Center (NDMC) completed receiving investor orders for its July domestic issuance, under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated Sukuk Program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 2.63 billion. The total amount of bids stood at SAR 2.63 billion, NDMC said in a statement.

 

The issuance is divided into two tranches. The first is valued at SAR 2.41 billion, maturing in 2033. The second is valued at SAR 225 million and will mature in 2037.
