ZATCA seeks public feedback on amendment to controls for state’s bearing of zakat, income tax resulting from investing in government Sukuk, bonds

The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) called on the public and interested parties to put forward their opinions and proposals about the amendments to the controls on the state’s bearing of Zakat and income tax, resulting from investing in government sukuk and bonds.

 

Members of the public can submit the feedback through Estitlaa platform, before Aug. 20.

 

According to the draft amendment, the authority added a new item to the controls for the state's bearing of Zakat and income tax resulting from investing in government sukuk and bonds.
