Maharah Human Resources Co.’s board of directors approved the new strategic plan, which aims at sustainable growth in revenue and profit rates through doubling down on Maharah’s core strength segments and venturing into new key target sectors to differentiate its offering.

In a statement to Tadawul, Maharah said the strategy aims at expanding workforce placement in both corporate and individual sectors while leveraging synergies between the different subsidiaries to provide exceptional and comprehensive services to clients, leading to an increase in revenues and overall profits.

The new strategy is centered around three main pillars to drive growth; building on manpower placement, differentiating Maharah’s offering and enabling Maharah.

Maharah expected to start implementing the new strategy in early 2024, upon the completion of detailed initiatives, the assignment of responsible individuals, and the development of the governance for execution, as well as key performance indicators (KPIs), the statement added.
