Al Sagr signs medical insurance contract with Maharah

Al Sagr cooperative Insurance Co. was awarded the medical insurance policy coverage for Maharah Human Resources Co.'s employees and their dependents, for one year starting from Sept. 28, 2023, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The insurer added that the contract value exceeds 5% of gross written premiums (GWPs), as per the audited 2022 financials. 

 

Al Sagr expects the contract to have a positive impact on its financial results for 2023, noting there are no related parties. 

 

No preferential treatment was given in this contract that is deemed under Al Sagr’s normal business activity.
