SAL Logistics IPO: Subscription period, key dates

Retail investors will start today, Oct. 11, subscription to SAL Saudi Logistics Services Co.’s 2.4 million shares at SAR 106 apiece.

 

 The retail offering will end on Oct. 13.

 

The company offered 24 million shares, or 30% of its capital, 10% of which were allocated to the retail investors and 90% were allocated to institutions.
