Ash-Sharqiyah names Fayez Mahfouz as Acting CEO

Ash-Sharqiyah Development Co.’s board of directors decided, on Dec. 24, to appoint Fayez bin Saleh bin Mahfouz as Acting CEO effective from Jan. 1, 2024.

 

Mahfouz holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from King Saud University and has experience in executive management, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

In October, the company's board of directors agreed not to renew the contract term for CEO Mohammed Al-Hojailan, slated to expire on Dec. 31, 2023, according to data compiled by Argaam.
