Amiantit shareholders elect board members

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co. headquarters

Saudi Arabian Amiantit Co.’s shareholders approved electing board members for the upcoming four-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2024, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Dec. 28, 2023, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected members included Ahmad Al Saud, Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Solaiman Al-Tuwaijri among others.
