Sumou gets off-plan sale license for Areem project in Makkah

Sumou Real Estate Co. obtained the off-plan sale license for the Areem residential project in Makkah, which will be developed with National Housing Co. (NHC).

 

The company received the license on Jan. 18, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

In November 2022, Sumou Real Estate signed a development agreement worth SAR 377 million with NHC to build villas on the land plots allocated to Sumou in Area No. 8 within Makkah Gate Project in Makkah on a total space of 88,600 square meters, Argaam earlier reported.
