Ladun Investment Co.’s subsidiary, Built Industrial Co., was awarded a SAR 80.6 million (including VAT) project by Kidana Development Co., according to a statement to Tadawul.
The project comprises building a 16-storey toilets complex at the Jamarat facility for pilgrims in Mina.
The project will extend for 415 days from the awarding date, and it will reflect positively on financial statements for 2024.
The deal included no related parties, the statement added.
In December 2023, Ladun said its subsidiary Built Industrial was awarded a project by Kidana, a subsidiary of Makkah Region Development Authority, at a total value of SAR 80.6 million (including VAT) to build a toilets complex at the Jamarat facility, Argaam reported.
