Edarat inks SAR 1.9M cloud service contract with Saudi Health Council

Edarat Communication and Information Technology Co. signed a contract worth SAR 1.93 million, including VAT, with the Saudi Health Council, to provide cloud services, the company said in a statement to Tadawul today, Feb. 13.

 

The contract includes providing cloud services to prepare and operate disaster recovery data centers and link them to the facility’s main center.

 

The contract term is three years, Edarat said, adding that it is expected to have a positive impact on financial statements starting from Q3 2023.

 

Edarat stated that all necessary signatures have been completed and a copy of the contract was received today.

 

There are no related parties to the deal, the statement added.
