WSM shares to debut on Nomu on Feb. 21

WSM for Information Technology Co. will start trading on the Nomu-Parallel Market on Feb. 21 under the symbol 9595 and ISIN code SA160GOKLTH1.

 

The stock will have daily and static price fluctuation limits of ±30% and ±10%, respectively, the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) said in a statement.

 

Meanwhile, the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) announced depositing the subscribed shares of WSM for Information Technology into the accounts of eligible shareholders on Feb. 19.

 

Earlier, the company floated 390,000 shares on Nomu, representing 20% of the capital, at SAR 49 per share, Argaam's data showed.
