This was followed by signing of several land allocation contracts and memorandums of understanding (MoUs) worth over SAR 2 billion.

The agreements included a cooperation deal between MODON and the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP), to set up integrated business centers in Jeddah, Dammam, and Riyadh through the Shop Floor initiative.

Additionally, MODON and the University of Jeddah signed a MoU to boost strategic cooperation in engineering, manufacturing, and advanced technologies.

MODON signed multiple land allocation contracts, including the allocation of an 85,000 square meter (sqm) plot for a 24-megawatt data center.

Modon Oasis encompasses developed spaces spanning 3.3 million sqm. The project includes 86 industrial, investment, and logistics contracts, in line with the national industrial strategy goals.
