Herfy shareholders to vote on 2023 dividend freeze on April 24

Herfy Food Services Co.’s shareholders are set to vote on the board of directors’ recommendation to distribute no dividends for 2023 during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) that will be held on April 24. 

 

They will also vote on delegating the board of directors to distribute interim dividends on a biannual or quarterly basis for 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.
