Al Hokair successfully launches SAR 500m Islamic Sukuk

Fawaz Abdul-Aziz Al Hokair Group successfully issued SAR 500m Shariah compliant Sukuk; the company said in its filing to Tadawul today.

 

The Company added that the Sukuk has a tenor of five years and was issued as a private placement to experienced investors in Saudi Arabia.
