Amana Insurance unable to publish its Q3 2014’s financial results

Amana Cooperative Insurance Company announced its inability to publish Q3 financial results for the period ended September 30, 2014 (9 months), due to its failure to obtain SAMA’s final approval to announce the Company’s financial results.

It will announce the results when it obtains SAMA’s approval, the company said in its filing to Tadawul.
