Saudi Paper Appoints a new board chairman

The board of directors of Saudi Paper Manufacturing Company approved appointing the non-executive member, Eng. Mohamed Al-Khareef, as the board’s and the executive committee’s chairman.

Eng. Al-Khareef was appointed after the resignation of the prior chairman, prince Abdullah Bin Mosaed Al-Saud; the company said in its filing to Tadawul today.

According to Argaam’s data; prince Abdullah Bin Mosaed Al-Saud recently submitted his resignation as the board chairman of Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. after being appointed as the chairman of the General Presidency of youth welfare by a royal decree.
