Jabal Omar Development Company, which develops Jabal Omar area, reported a net profit of SAR 426.6m for the fiscal year ended Dhu Al Hijja 1435 AH, compared to a net loss of SAR 32.3m for the same period in 1434, as shown in the following table:
 

The company attributed reporting a net profit in 1435 compared to a net loss for the same period last year, to recognizing revenue from selling and renting parts of S1 area malls and realizing revenue from fully operating Hilton Suites hotel.
