WEQAYA TAKAFUL AWARDED "ISO 9001:2008" CERTIFICATE

Weqaya Takaful Insurance and Reinsurance Company announces obtaining "ISO 9001:2008" certificate, which certifies the company's quality management system (QMS) that is compatible with the international standards set by the ISO organization. Weqaya has completed all quality audits and assessments to align all of its operations to the quality standards that are applied to the entire company, the ISO 9001:2008 certificate was received by the company on 24th of July, 2012 and will be valid till July, 2015.
The ISO 9001:2008 certificate represents international quality assurance framework that certifies the Company's ability to improve the quality of its operations and services, in Which Weqaya is ensuring that the application of tye quality standards for the provision of services in line with the global quality standards and best practices, as well as the procedures that are followed in order to ensure the continuous improvement mechanism.
