KEC Signs Partnership Agreement with Saudi Hotels & Resorts Co.

Knowledge Economic City (KEC) announced signing a partnership agreement with Saudi Hotels & Resorts Company on 9/09/2012 to establish a limited liability company under the name of Makarim Knowledge Hospitality Co., with a capital of SR 21,400,000 which will be shared equally, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
