ACE ARABIA OBTAINS SAMA’S ACCEPTANCE FOR THE PORTFOLIO TRANSFER

ACE Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company announces the receipt on Tuesday 9/2/1433H corresponding 3/1/2012 SAMAs acceptance for the portfolio transfer from ACE Arabia Insurance Company (BSC) and International Insurance Company (E.C.) effective 1/1/2009 to ACE Arabia Cooperative Insurance Company. Noting the portfolio transfer will be reflected in Companys financial statements for 2011.
