The state expropriates 2 plots owned by Al Aqeeq co.

Taiba Holding company announced today on tadawul the expropriation of 2 plots of land owned by its affiliated company, Al Aqeeq Real Estate Development Co.

The expropriated lands are located north eastern the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina and were to be used in establishing Riyadah hotel.

The compensation value of this expropriation is not identified yet.
