Qassim Agriculture set to vote on clause allowing legal action against former execs

invited shareholders to discuss 
​granting the company's board the right to ​
tak
e​
 legal action against former board members and executives, if necessary. 
 
Talks will convene on May 4 during the company’s general assembly meeting in Buraydah. 
 
​If needed, l
egal actions will be filed to competent courts and market authorities, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
 
Shareholders will discuss approving the board and auditor's reports, as well as 
​the ​
balance sheet and income statements for fiscal year 2014
​.
​
Qassim will also absolve current board members of their responsibilities and appoint a new chartered accountant for the current fiscal year.
