Saudi Arabia’s financial regulator, the Capital Market Authority (CMA), said trading will be suspended on Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) for two hours on Wednesday to allow the company to issue a disclosure.
The news comes on the back of a Wall Street Journal report citing unnamed sources, which suggested the mobile operator was planning to sell its telecom towers portfolio for as much as $2 billion to raise cash.
