Qassim Agriculture gives board members right to sue former execs, approves financial statements

Qassim Agriculture Development Company’s general assembly authorized the board of directors on Tuesday to sue executives if necessary.

 

The assembly also approved the company’s financial statements for 2014, as well as profit and loss accounts for the same period.

 

Board members were also discharged from their responsibilities for 2014, according to the company’s statement to the Saudi bourse.
