Mobily improves data center operations with DCIM technology

Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) deployed the Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) solutions across its data centers across Saudi Arabia, the telco said in a statement.

 

The kingdom’s second-largest mobile operator has established 55 technical buildings and data centers, which have received Tier IV certification from the Uptown Institute.

 

The move falls in line with its plans to enhance the efficiency and productivity of its data center operations.

 

DCIM is the software, systems and services which monitor, measure and help control a data center’s information technology (IT) and facilities infrastructure.
