Dubai’s Damac launches five-tower residential project

Dubai-listed Damac Properties has launched The Beach at Navitas Hotel & Residences, a five-tower residential project within its Akoya Oxygen master development.

 

Within the project’s first phase, three-bedroom apartments will go on sale from Wednesday, with a starting price of AED 1.25 million, the developer said in a statement.

 

Akoya Oxygen will span 55 million square feet and include a golf course and artificial sandy beaches.

 

Last week, Damac unveiled Akoya Imagine homes, which are part of the 55 million-square-foot Akoya development. Units under the first phase went on sale July 9.

 

Damac awarded 25 construction and consultancy contracts worth AED 3 billion in the first half of 2016.
