Advanced restarts propylene plant operations

Advanced Petrochemical Co. (Advanced) has resumed operations at its propylene and polypropylene plant after maintenance was completed, it said in a statement to the Saudi bourse on Wednesday.

 

Financial impact will appear on earnings in coming quarters, the company added.

 

Earlier this month, Advanced said it would halt operations at its propylene and polypropylene plant for about ten days starting Jan. 10, 2017 to boost operating efficiency, data compiled by Argaam showed.
