SARCO’s case against Saudi Aramco postponed to April 12

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) said its lawsuit against Saudi Arabian Oil Co. (Saudi Aramco) has been adjourned to April 12, 2017.

 

Aramco was earlier ordered to pay SARCO SAR 136.66 million, Argaam previously reported.

 

Last November, SARCO filed a petition to Saudi Arabia’s King Salman asking Saudi Aramco to pay SAR 137.1 million to resolve a dispute that dates back to November 2011.
