Salama approves financial results, board bonuses for FY16

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s shareholders approved on Monday the board’s annual report, the audit report, and all financial statements for fiscal year 2016, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The extraordinary general assembly meeting also discharged board members from liability for their activities in 2016.

 

Moreover, board bonuses of SAR 660,000 were ratified for the fiscal year 2016, the insurer said.

 

Contracts with the insurer’s board chairman, Rasd Co., and Al-Firdous Group were extended for an additional year.
