Alandalus shareholders to vote on board remuneration policy Dec. 31

Alandalus Property shareholders will vote on updated policies for the board membership as well as the remuneration policy for board members and executives, during the ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for Dec. 31.

 

Shareholders will also vote on the updated regulations for the audit, nominations and remunerations committees, the company said in a bourse statement. 

 

In addition, the general assembly will vote on appointing Abdulrahman Al-Barak (independent member) as a new member of Alandalus’ board of directors, effective Dec. 4, and on naming him chairman of the audit committee in place of Khalid Al-Sulie.
