AlBaha Investment and Development Co.’s case against its former chairman and board members was postponed today to Jan. 10, 2018, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

AlBaha had filed a lawsuit before a Jeddah administrative court in 2014 against the former chairman and board members for damages and losses they had allegedly cost the company earlier, Argaam previously reported.

In March, the Jeddah Administrative Court ordered AlBaha’s former chairman and board directors to pay a total of SAR 68.7 million, plus attorney fees.

However, last July, the company said the court of appeals had overturned the previous ruling against the chairman and board members.
